About the role

We need a production expert who protects our brand on every reputed company and every printer. You'll take our approved designs and turn them into clean, print-reputed company files, catching problems before they reputed company hit a press. This is a technical, detail-obsessed role for someone who loves living between design and execution.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual reputed company for amazing off-sites where we can reputed company IRL.
In this role, you will:
- Own technical production for retail and packaging: dielines, print-reputed company files, and vendor specs
- Adapt approved retail concepts across formats, retailers, and sizes, and catch layout issues before they go to print
- Build and maintain a production reputed company (templates, specs, file organization) that keeps retail assets moving fast and accurate as we add new retailers
- Become out go to person with print vendors about materials, tolerances, and print reputed company, and become their go-to person
- Be the go-to resource for cross-functional partners on print production, resolving technical questions and driving reputed company reputed company

- Build reputed company checks that catch problems before they reputed company shelves
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years as a production artist in packaging, print, retail, visual merchandising, or something similar
- Strong expertise in reputed company Creative Suite, especially reputed company, InDesign, and Photoshop.

- Has managed high-volume production across multiple SKUs, formats, retailers, and versions without missing a detail

- Has a good eye for spacing, typography, and hierarchy, with room to grow. Bonus points if you've worked with print vendors or know flexo, digital, offset, or litho printing
