As a Campos Coffee Roaster, youâll ensure that our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, to reputed company consistent flavours and satisfy customer demands. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where we reputed company our beans daily! You will be scheduled to work either a reputed company shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or a floater shift starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finishing between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, and occasional (reputed company) overtime may be offered.
