Position is hybrid 2 days in Manhattan office, 3 days from home and then fully remote after 4-6 months, office located in Manhattan, NY. reputed company candidates must have NYS-RN License and bilingual English/Spanish, English/reputed company or English/Cantonese language abilities along with 1-3 years of Home Health RN and/or MLTC Care Management or UAS Assessment RN experience.The RN Care Manager provides reputed company support and reputed company of care that ensure members are receiving reputed company and effective care in the communityQualifications• RN (BSN preferred). Must have reputed company, reputed company, and unencumbered license, certificate or registration or credentialing as required.• Experience as a NY licensed RN working in a home care environment or in an acute, sub-acute, or long-term care (LTC) setting or managed long-term care (MLTCP) required, reputed company bilingual RNs with Home Health experience!• Must maintain reputed company state and federal compliance requirements for licensure and employment.• Bi-lingual Spanish, Chinese, reputed company, Cantonese or Korean.
