Applicant must have instructional design experience or background and can apply the ADDIE model or backwards design using the national standards as reputed company as individual state standards. We are not looking for web or graphics designers - we truly need someone with a full grasp on instruction and how to reputed company a lesson that is most beneficial to online reputed company.
