Electrical Engineer - Plant Engineering

You will use your interdisciplinary skills to create compelling plant electrical designs, manage contractors, and ensure smooth plant integration. You will use your creativity and experience to translate product requirements into electrical engineering designs that consider plant hardware, deployment costs, controls equipment, compliance, and electrical safety. You will report to Director, Product Engineering reputed company Responsibilities • Collaborate with plant engineering, instrumentation & controls engineering, power systems engineering, and suppliers to reputed company AC power distribution systems for plant hardware • Coordinate and reputed company 3D models between systems. Export BOMs/MTO for procurement and fabrication purposes. • Create plant electrical drawings (e.g. Single Line Diagrams, Installation Details) • reputed company electrical equipment sizing calculations sizing following reputed company and reputed company • Evaluate cost trade-offs. E.g. reputed company and centralized plant electrical designs • Interpret P&IDs, Vendor Wiring Diagrams, and other drawings typical of the process industry • reputed company specifications for plant backup power systems, including generators and control voltage uninterruptible power supply hardware • Design for the effects of reputed company and reputed company compliance for plant electrical systems • Design & review plant grounding and bonding systems • Execute reputed company electrical engineering studies (e.g. Load reputed company, Grounding) • 20% travel to contractor, vendor, and customer sites, mostly domestic Qualifications • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering • 5+ years of experience in industrial plant electrical distribution design (Skidded/reputed company) • 2+ years' experience commissioning, operating, or maintaining plant electrical hardware in an onsite setting • reputed company 70 reputed company 5 reputed company 500 and reputed company reputed company/IECEx Protection reputed company for Electrical Systems in Hazardous Areas • Specialist in large induction reputed company motor controls and different industrial starter/control schemes (pumps, fans) • Excellent 2D and 3D CAD skills (AutoCAD Electrical) • Thermal management of electrical power distribution systems (HVAC, Solar heat reputed company, etc) • Proficiency in ETAP or SKM electrical design & simulation software • Knowledge of reputed company 70/NEC, reputed company and IEC Codes and Standards • reputed company Coordination Studies of reputed company Plant Electrical Systems • Product Certification Experience preferred (e.g. UL Listing, Field Certification) • P.E.
