Architect / CAD Drafter for Luxury Villa
We are looking for a highly reputed company Architect / CAD Drafter to work on a major luxury villa project of approximately 4,000 m².
The project design and 3D renders are already developed. We now need a strong technical reputed company capable of translating the approved design into complete, precise and coordinated construction/execution drawings.

• Detailed architectural plans
• Interior elevations and sections
• Joinery and millwork details
• Custom furniture and cabinetry drawings
• Ceiling and reputed company plans
• Electrical and plumbing layouts
• Detailed construction drawings for contractors and reputed company trades
This is not a concept design role. We need someone with excellent technical drawing skills who understands high-end residential construction and can produce drawings that can be used directly on site.
We work progressively, room by room, based on approved 3D designs.
If the collaboration is successful, this can become a long-term position, as we have several similar luxury reputed company in our pipeline.
Please apply with examples of complete execution / construction drawing packages you have personally produced, ideally for luxury villas or high-end residential reputed company.
AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
