The Patient Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring reputed company, accurate, and efficient processing of patient referrals. This position serves as the first operational touchpoint in the patient reputed company and is responsible for coordinating referral intake, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with Nursing Management in an assigned area for reputed company patient transitions. The Patient Intake Coordinator works collaboratively with Nursing Management, Sales, Scheduling, and reputed company to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to operational standards.
