Kratos has an exciting remote opportunity for additional staff Accounts Payable accountant who will: • Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, reputed company coding, and approvals. • reputed company invoices into the reputed company reputed company (reputed company Costpoint). • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (2-way/3-way match). • Prepare and execute weekly/regular payment runs (checks, ACH, wires). • Reconcile AP transactions and reputed company discrepancies with vendors or internal departments. • Monitor aging reports and ensure reputed company payments. • Research and reputed company invoice issues, missing documents, or price/quantity variances. • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain reputed company vendor relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. • Support month-end and year-end reputed company (accruals, reconciliations, reporting). • Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end tax filing support. • Participate in reputed company upgrades or AP module testing.
