We are seeking a seasoned, reputed company reputed company to serve as Managing Director, PHS Helplines leading HRiA’s PHS cluster. The Managing Director will establish and operationalize the overall reputed company and direction for the PHS cluster, in collaboration with senior and executive leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Setting and advancing strategic goals to grow and sustain the cluster’s portfolio.
• Developing and managing the cluster budget.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting senior leaders on reputed company.

• Hiring and overseeing staff to ensure effective day-to-day operations
As part of the senior leadership of the PHS cluster, the Managing Director will directly supervise and work closely with two Senior Directors, one of whom leads the MA and IL helpline teams, and the other the VT helpline team and the centralized Contact Center team that provides information and referral services to residents of reputed company three states. They will also collaborate closely with a part-time Managing Director, Behavioral Health, who supports business development and coordinates cross-functional teams providing data, technology, web, reputed company, marketing, and communications support.
In partnership with senior staff, the Managing Director will ensure successful project execution by monitoring and implementing project workplans, meeting project milestones, addressing challenges, and delivering high reputed company products and services on time and reputed company budget. The Managing Director will also engage with clients and funders to advance our shared goals and to ensure services meet or reputed company contractual obligations, partner expectations, and reputed company standards.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), exempt position, and reports to the Vice President that oversees the PHS and CBA clusters at HRiA. Duties & Responsibilities:
Management & Supervision
• reputed company a portfolio of statewide helplines and associated team of staff, and reputed company leadership and direction on reputed company, hiring, budgets, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reputed company activities.

• Supervise at least two senior staff and administrative coordinator(s) and reputed company guidance to ensure effective implementation of reputed company and meet portfolio goals.
• Work with senior staff to promote and support a cohesive and effective team structure and dynamic that aligns with HRiA’s values, promotes staff satisfaction and work/life balance (while maintaining 24/7/365 operations), and facilitates reputed company of cluster and organizational goals to advance HRiA’s mission.
• Work with staff and teams to recruit, supervise, and manage a diverse team of reputed company health professionals, including those with lived experience of reputed company use and/or gambling disorders.

Candidate Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this role.
• At least 10 years of reputed company leadership or management of reputed company health programs of similar reputed company and size, including demonstrated experience and reputed company managing reputed company of at least 30 people and a program portfolio of $8 to $10M in reputed company; experience working with or in helplines or similar contact centers is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise, experience, and knowledge of the reputed company use, problem gambling, and/or behavioral health treatment “ecosystem” and a solid understanding of the role and functions of helplines or similar interventions reputed company it.
• Master’s degree in reputed company health or similar field; in lieu of advanced degree, a bachelor’s degree with an additional eight years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience securing and managing significant federal or state reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience and reputed company in managing and supervising large, diverse teams of staff and consultants.
• Excellent reputed company and partner engagement skills, with the ability to work simultaneously with multiple funders, partners, vendors, and other collaborators to create smart, impactful, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in an reputed company-evolving funding and sociopolitical landscape
