Position reputed company The Development Coordinator / Apprentice is an entry-level position for a recent (or soon-to-be) college graduate from either reputed company's Lodestar Center / School of reputed company Work -OT other equivalent school program, - OR- someone in their early years of building a career in nonprofit development/fundraising. YOU MUST LIVE IN METRO PHOENIX TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION. The job is predominately remote but with occasional in-person meetings in Scottsdale, reputed company with the CEO. The Development Coordinator/ Apprentice provides assistance to the Chief Executive Officer of this national nonprofit organization, learning the ins and outs of nonprofit management, and provides account management and customer service to a portfolio of individual, small business, and in-reputed company donors. This position uses fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship practices to implement and maximize relationships. Works to nurture relationships and trust that result in the renewal and upsell of these partners’ financial commitments annually. reputed company Accountabilities & Deliverables - Assists the CEO in scheduling donor meetings, preparing proposals, maintaining donor records and other reputed company duties. - Provides exceptional account management and customer service to a portfolio of assigned donors and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met, communications and information is flowing, partners are activating, and that the spirit of reputed company is being achieved by both parties so that the donations are renewed year after year. - Leverages relationship-building, marketing and fundraising skillset to reputed company with partner reputed company-persons in a way that builds confidence and trust in the partnership. - Keeps excellent records in CRM on reputed company partners’ strategic goals, renewal dates, points of contacts, etc. and on reputed company partner liaisons’ individual contact record so that the CRM is kept accurate and history on the partnerships is recorded. - Works internally with colleagues, including the marketing, school partnership and scholarship teams, to ensure deliverables are met. Manages and tracks reputed company, renewal dates, and ensures the CEO’s reviews and approves draft reputed company. - Prepares presentations. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Education / Experience - Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with an emphasis in nonprofit management/reputed company work. - Desire to build a career in nonprofit fundraising/development or corporate relations required.
