About the position As the Manager of Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you join an exclusive team of leaders responsible for the implementation of Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Responsibilities • Responsible for reputed company aspects of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Lafayette, Anderson/Muncie, and Kokomo. • Responsible for high level volunteer recruitment, training, coaching, and management resulting in the attainment of reputed company and team goals. • Build relationships with key volunteers, participants, sponsors and community leaders as reputed company as existing and new corporate partners. • Responsible for overall Walk to End Alzheimer’s volunteer committee development, team recruitment and retention strategies, budget, reputed company, marketing/PR, logistics and best reputed company implementation. • Through volunteer networks, prospect, cultivate and reputed company Walk to End Alzheimer’s teams, sponsors and walkers to reputed company development goals. • Execute plan for maximizing team participation to reputed company reputed company goals by retaining existing teams, attracting new ones from reputed company sectors of the community and by providing fundraising guidance and support. • Maintain year-round relationships with key corporate sponsors and constituents to ensure involvement in reputed company relevant reputed company activities and recognition opportunities. • Work with the volunteer planning committee to organize reputed company activities that promote the reputed company mission, including community presentations and corporate engagement opportunities. • Ensure Walk to End Alzheimer’s standards are being followed. • Support and participate in formal advocacy and reputed company policy activities as requested. • Represent the reputed company at reputed company events, conferences, and media events as needed. • Manage Walk-Specific reputed company media, such as reputed company reputed company. • reputed company participate in learning opportunities for reputed company reputed company and self- improvement. • Responsible for other duties as assigned.
