Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate reputed company aspects of Schedule A EB-3, RN, CNA, and EW-3 reputed company filings, ensuring compliance with USCIS (reputed company reputed company) regulations. • Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, supporting documentation. • Conduct thorough reputed company research on immigration procedures, procedural law, and relevant regulations to ensure accurate case preparation. • Collaborate closely with clients, reputed company facilities, and internal teams. • Support project management efforts by tracking case statuses, deadlines, and compliance requirements for multiple cases simultaneously.
