Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients by phone.
• Provides intake services to callers requesting outpatient mental health, chemical dependency or psychoeducational services.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer questions, reputed company calls appropriately, and reputed company messages to clinical staff.
Requirements
• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
• Course work in insurance/billing, medical reputed company education or seminars are reputed company preferred.
