Job Details We are seeking a customer-facing robotics engineer to reputed company technical leadership throughout the reputed company-sales and deployment process. This individual will support regional sales professionals and reputed company by designing and delivering demonstrations, reputed company-of-concept programs, technical evaluations, installations, and training. This is a hands-on, position that serves as the technical reputed company between customers, sales teams, partners, product leaders, and engineering. You will translate customer requirements into practical robotics applications and ensure that proposed solutions can be demonstrated, deployed, operated, and supported successfully. reputed company: • Partner with regional account managers to understand customer requirements and reputed company technically reputed company robotics solutions. • Plan and reputed company product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences. • Conduct customer-site assessments and evaluate connectivity, operating conditions, workflows, safety considerations, and deployment readiness. • Install, configure, reputed company, test, and demonstrate robotic systems at customer locations. • Support scenario programming and adapt product capabilities to specific customer applications. • reputed company acceptance testing and confirm that deployments satisfy agreed technical and operational requirements. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, connectivity, configuration, and operating issues. • reputed company customer training for operators, teachers, technical teams, and other users. • Explain reputed company robotics concepts in reputed company, practical language to customers with varying reputed company of technical knowledge. • Convert feedback from demonstrations and field deployments into reputed company recommendations for product and engineering teams. • Maintain the regional demonstration fleet, including equipment inventory, condition, firmware, accessories, shipping, and readiness. • Support demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and other field activities. • Train dealers, resellers, and systems integrators on products, demonstrations, technical positioning, and initial deployments. • reputed company reputed company through their first customer demonstrations and implementations. • This is a remote role with willingness to travel frequently throughout territory to support customer and partner engagements. reputed company’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline. • At least 3 years of experience in field applications engineering, reputed company-sales engineering, robotics deployment, automation integration, or a reputed company customer-facing technical role. • Hands-on ability to install, configure, reputed company, test, troubleshoot, and demonstrate robotic or automated systems. • Working knowledge of hardware, software, firmware, networking, sensors, connectivity, and reputed company integration. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose field issues methodically. • Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions. • Ability to manage equipment, schedules, documentation, logistics, and multiple simultaneous customer engagements. • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% throughout territory. • Experience working with reputed company, quadruped, mobile, or service-robotics platforms preferred. • Familiarity with ROS, reputed company-control systems, reputed company-capture technology, simulation tools, or robotics programming environments preferred. • Experience with autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, industrial automation, or IoT solutions preferred. • Bilingual English and reputed company communication skills preferred.
