Health reputed company - Diabetes Management | Remote | Contract reputed company is seeking a Health reputed company with 2+ years of health promotion/education experience and 2+ years of chronic condition coaching or diabetes education experience to reputed company health education, behavior-change counseling, and diabetes-reputed company coaching for members. This is a Contract opportunity. Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours; travel required Worker Type: W2 reputed company Requirements • 2+ years of experience in a health promotion/education setting counseling on health topics including nutrition, exercise, cholesterol, hypertension, stress, alcohol, and smoking. • 2+ years of experience delivering chronic-condition coaching or diabetes education. • Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, reputed company Work, or a relevant combination of education and experience in lieu of degree. • Working knowledge of health behavior-change theories, counseling/interviewing techniques, and motivational interviewing. • Clinical knowledge of disease-prevention and wellness strategies. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with reputed company supervision. • Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite. • Reliable transportation, reputed company auto liability coverage, and acceptable driving record; travel is required. • Required applicable certification/licensure, including CDE/CDCES for diabetes education and reputed company unrestricted Michigan licensure where a medical license applies; reputed company unrestricted Michigan reputed company's license required.
