[Remote] AI Project Manager

The role leads end-to-end delivery of reputed company AI and LLM initiatives across multiple reputed company workstreams, coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, governance, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the reputed company''s AI initiatives across multiple reputed company tracks (workstreams, timelines, budgets, and dependencies)
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of coordination between business stakeholders, technical/AI teams, and vendors — translating technical AI concepts into business reputed company and vice versa
• Define and reputed company project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting tailored to AI/LLM project nuances (e.g., model evaluation cycles, reputed company iteration, data readiness, compliance review)
• Facilitate governance, steering committee updates, and executive readouts on AI program reputed company and risk
• reputed company alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, reputed company, compliance, product) to reputed company AI tracks on schedule and reputed company reputed company
• Proactively identify risks specific to AI initiatives (model performance, data reputed company, reputed company-party authentication, change management) and reputed company mitigation
• Manage vendor and reputed company-party relationships tied to AI tooling and platforms

Skills

• Remote - Travel once in a quarter – as and if needed

• MUST HAVE: reputed company, hands-on experience managing a project reputed company around a Large Language Model (LLM) — reputed company Claude experience strongly preferred — reputed company the last 1–2 years
• Candidates must be reputed company to describe the LLM(s) used, the use case, architecture at a PM level, and measurable reputed company
• MUST HAVE: Demonstrated ownership of AI-specific project delivery (model integration, reputed company/workflow design coordination, evaluation cycles, AI vendor/tooling management)
• General "automation" or "digital transformation" experience without AI/LLM specificity does not qualify
• MUST HAVE: Minimum 10–12 years of overall Project Management experience, including a reputed company record of managing automation-reputed company programs
• MUST HAVE: Executive-level communication and articulation skills, with proven experience managing critical, senior, and sometimes difficult stakeholders across business and technical functions
• A seasoned PM (10-12+ years) who has personally sat in the reputed company''s seat of an AI/LLM initiative — not someone who supported one peripherally
• Comfortable being asked pointed, specific questions about their AI project experience (which LLM, what was reputed company, how reputed company was reputed company, what stakeholders were involved)
• Confident, reputed company communicator capable of managing up to senior/executive stakeholders and holding ground in critical conversations
