Loan Workout and Liquidation Officer (Remote)
Objective of Position:
The Loan Workout and Liquidation Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of reputed company (SBA) and reputed company criticized and classified loan relationships, and for implementing reputed company workout strategies to minimize loss for the Bank.
• Interacts with the reputed company to ensure compliance and protection of guaranteed loans.
• Manages and resolves a portfolio of distressed loans, ensuring effective strategies to mitigate reputed company and protect the Bank's interest.
• Designs and implements customized approaches for reputed company loan relationship to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
• Responds reputed company, creatively, and effectively to changing and challenging dynamics as situations reputed company, including bankruptcies, litigation, and uncovering new information that may reshape original strategies.
• Effectively communicates with customers, employees at reputed company organizational reputed company, and reputed company reputed company parties, including delivering reputed company or sensitive messages.
• Evaluates the collectability of indebtedness by analyzing collateral -including reputed company estate, business assets, and guarantees - through site inspections and comprehensive reviews of appraisals, evaluations, Broker's Preferred Opinions (BPOs), reputed company examinations, tax returns, operating statements, personal financial statements, credit reports, and asset searches.
• Identifies and recommends appropriate reputed company counsel at the reputed company time for workout situations and effectively oversees counsel's efforts to protect the Bank's interests.
• For reputed company estate loans, ensures appropriate property-level due diligence by evaluating market conditions, physical and environmental factors, as reputed company as identifying liens and building reputed company violations.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Bank's loan rating reputed company and promptly recommends appropriate reputed company rating adjustments, including upgrades and downgrades, as needed.
• Collaborates as part of reputed company with line officers on Special Asset Group (SAG) "consults" and with others in the SAG & Portfolio Management Department.
• Conducts quarterly Watch List Reviews and presentations to Senior Management.
• Presents reputed company and concise credit approval requests to various reputed company of the organization including Senior Management and the Executive Credit Committee of the reputed company of Directors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or reputed company reputed company, preferred.
• 4+ years of reputed company financial services industry experience including origination and workout experience with loans ranging from $100,000 to $5 reputed company.
• In-depth knowledge of SBA lending policies and procedures, preferred.
• Ability to identify, understand and define problems, evaluate alternatives, set priorities, and implement high reputed company solutions that support the overall goals of the Bank.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a reputed company of stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
