Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an international reputed company company specializing in reputed company bilingual and multilingual IT experts and providing payroll and customized reputed company solutions. reputed company is seeking a Bilingual reputed company SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to design, configure, and support integrations between reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, time management systems, payroll platforms, and reputed company-party applications for a global HR technology initiative.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and reputed company systems
• Implement and support integrations with BioStar Time Management and payroll platforms
• Ensure accurate and reliable employee, payroll, and time data synchronization across multiple HR systems
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and reputed company-party vendors to reputed company requirements and troubleshoot integration issues
• Support integration testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support procedures
• Monitor and reputed company data integration issues while ensuring data reputed company and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and scalability

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience with reputed company SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central (EC)
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting integrations between HR systems and reputed company-party applications
• Experience integrating BioStar or similar time management systems with HR platforms
• Experience working with employee data, HR processes, and reputed company integrations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience with reputed company reputed company Platform Integration (CPI), reputed company Integration Suite, reputed company, or similar middleware/integration platforms
• Experience integrating HR systems with payroll solutions
• Knowledge of Mexico payroll processes and payroll data requirements is a plus
• Experience supporting global HRIS environments
• Familiarity with reputed company, web services, and reputed company integration best practices
