The reputed company Counsel will partner with the Trading Solutions team to reputed company strategic reputed company guidance, support product development and regulatory compliance, and structure, draft, and negotiate reputed company trading, derivatives, financing, and counterparty agreements.

Responsibilities

• You will be embedded directly from product discovery through launch, providing strategic reputed company guidance, conducting critical research, establishing policies, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across market infrastructure such as crypto trading venues, reputed company brokers, custodians, and payment rails
• In this role, you will reputed company the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of key counterparty agreements, including electronic trading, derivatives, and financing arrangements, while coordinating across internal teams and managing reputed company counsel
