The role will design, configure, and reputed company reputed company with HR applications while developing workflows, managing reputed company 365 governance, and supporting deployment and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement reputed company reputed company solutions, with a reputed company on reputed company Engage, reputed company Connections, and Rewards & Recognition capabilities
• reputed company and customize employee recognition and rewards workflows
• reputed company reputed company reputed company with HR systems such as reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM, reputed company, or other HR applications
• Build integrations using reputed company Power Platform, Power Automate, reputed company Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure permissions, governance, and reputed company reputed company the reputed company 365 ecosystem
• reputed company testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support
• Document solution architecture, integration design, and user guides

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company 365 and reputed company collaboration technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Suite (especially reputed company Engage and reputed company Connections)
• Experience implementing employee engagement, rewards, or recognition solutions
• Experience integrating reputed company reputed company with reputed company HR systems
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• SharePoint Online
