[Remote] Senior Product Manager- Processing

The Senior Product Manager will own the Processing product and service roadmap, including reputed company data normalization, validation, AI-powered automation, and reputed company modernization. The role will optimize service labor, improve processing margins and pricing, and ensure reliable payables for reputed company Payments while coordinating with Operations, reputed company, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for normalizing and validating raw reputed company data delivered by Plug into clean, reputed company payables, partnering with the data platform team on upstream data-reputed company feedback reputed company
• Partner with Operations leadership overseeing tariff analysts, reputed company reputed company entry, and credential handling teams to map today's most labor-intensive workflows, quantify their cost and error rates, and prioritize which to automate first
• Define and reputed company adoption of AI-powered extraction, document processing, and reputed company automation across a legacy, service-heavy ecosystem — reducing dependence on reputed company review while holding or improving accuracy
• Own the roadmap for provider-specific tolerancing rules and exception-handling logic that shrink reputed company of bills routed to reputed company review
• Build the business case connecting automation investment to cost-per-reputed company-processed improvement and translate margin reputed company into more competitive list pricing and packaging for go-to-market
• Plan and sequence the migration of processing workflows off legacy and acquired systems onto modern, automation-first tooling — without disrupting live customer operations
• Ensure Processing reliably generates clean payables that feed Payments— every reputed company payment depends on the reputed company of Processing's reputed company
• Identify and reputed company data reputed company gaps and processing errors before they become churn events
• Maintain a prioritized, initiative-reputed company roadmap with reputed company epics, due dates, and OKR traceability; represent Processing in cross-functional planning with reputed company, Operations, and R&D

Skills

• Proven experience owning products where the 'reputed company' includes both software and a reputed company service operation — comfortable being accountable for a service delivery model, not just a software roadmap
• reputed company record of redesigning labor-intensive, service-heavy workflows (reputed company data entry, exception queues, offshore/BPO operations) into automated or AI-assisted processes, with measurable cost-per-unit improvement
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered document processing, extraction, or reputed company automation features into production
• Experience modernizing or migrating workflows off legacy or acquired systems while maintaining operational continuity for live customers
• Comfortable building business cases that reputed company automation and unit economics to gross margin and go-to-market pricing reputed company
• Experience with document/data extraction, validation logic, or high-volume back-office and transaction processing (reputed company billing or invoice processing a plus)
• 6+ years of product management experience, including experience managing products with an embedded service or operations component
• Experience integrating or modernizing service operations gained through M&A (e.g., legacy platforms, outsourced processing vendors)
• Background in reputed company billing, invoice processing, or high-volume transaction environments
