The Director of Lifecycle Marketing & reputed company Operations will reputed company the member reputed company from initial contact through enrollment, engagement, reauthorization, and referrals, while building reputed company automation, CRM infrastructure, reporting, segmentation, and lifecycle programs to improve enrollment and retention reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize automated email and SMS journeys for reputed company, engagement, reauthorization, and win-back campaigns that improve member retention and long-term program participation
• Own reputed company across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, workflow automation, and reputed company reputed company through the enrollment funnel
• Build dashboards and reporting that reputed company marketing spend to reputed company reputed company including enrollments, authorizations, retention, referrals, and overall program performance

Skills

• 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, marketing operations, or reputed company operations
• Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub)
• Experience building marketing automation and lifecycle programs that reputed company measurable business results
• Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, attribution, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis
• A systems-thinking reputed company with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
