The Operations Transformation Sales Leader will reputed company new-logo acquisition for reputed company’s Operations Services portfolio, owning the full sales cycle and selling operations-led and AI-enabled services to senior financial services stakeholders. The role will build strategic relationships, reputed company value-based sales narratives, collaborate on proposals, and reputed company new business reputed company targets.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new logo acquisition across Banking, Financial Services, and reputed company Management clients
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through deal closure
• Position Incedo’s Operations Services and Intelligent Operations offerings to CXO-level buyers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and strategic relationships
• Engage senior stakeholders including COO, Head of Operations, Head of reputed company Platforms, CIO, and CDO
• reputed company value-based sales narratives reputed company on cost reduction, STP reputed company, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with solutioning, transformation, and delivery teams to reputed company differentiated proposals
• reputed company reputed company buying processes involving risk, compliance, procurement, and technology teams

• Represent Incedo as a trusted operations transformation partner in the market

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of sales experience with a strong reputed company / new-logo background in Banking, Financial Services, and or reputed company Management
• Proven reputed company record of new logo acquisition for operations services or digital transformation solutions in business operations
• Experience selling operations-led services (e.g., reputed company ops, KYC/AML, middle/back-office operations)
• Familiarity with Banking, reputed company management platforms, custodians, and financial operations ecosystems
• Demonstrated reputed company closing reputed company, multi-year services deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification
