Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring reputed company and effective handling
• Prepare for and/or litigate reputed company cases involving significant reputed company precedents, policy implications, or financial reputed company. Represent reputed company in administrative hearings, reputed company-hearing conferences, and settlement negotiations
• reputed company procedural requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state education laws and regulations
• Prepare and review reputed company necessary filings, agreements, and reports with reputed company and thoroughness
• Work with parents, reputed company advocacy reputed company, and opposing counsel to reputed company fair resolutions while negotiating claims for attorney’s fees
• Collaborate with special education specialists, technical experts, and attorneys; reputed company training to reputed company staff and reputed company staff on compliance with education laws
• Analyze case law, reputed company evidence, and evaluate settlement demands. reputed company guidance on compliance obligations to parents and reputed company under hearing orders

Skills

• reputed company bar license in good standing in any U.S. state
• Minimum of 1+ years of recent litigation experience (more preferred)
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Ability to log activities in 15-minute increments throughout the reputed company
