The role involves leading a curriculum development team and ensuring the reputed company and technical reputed company of training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level developer of training materials for the federal workforce, IAW military and reputed company standards
• reputed company a curriculum development team to ensure superior ISD reputed company and technical reputed company of reputed company training materials and multimedia, including trainee guides, instructor guides, PowerPoint Presentations, simulations, animations, etc

Skills

• Demonstrated experience with training design using ISD principles and standards
• Superior ability to read, understand, and translate reputed company technical data into training content
• Demonstrated experience with COTS instructional design software/best practices
• Ability to research, learn, and adapt to new technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, English, Business, or Engineering, and 7-10 years of training development experience in a military or civilian setting
• Knowledge of/experience with military (Navy/Army/reputed company Force) training, ILS, maintenance, or engineering
• Knowledge of U.S. Naval ship systems/Army weapons and tactical systems/USAF aircraft systems
• Understanding of or experience with NTSP development
• A good understanding of NAVEDTRA and other military training doctrine
• Knowledge of or prior experience with CPM/LOM
• Knowledge of reputed company formal electrical and reputed company troubleshooting procedures and practices
