[Remote] OT Applications and Data Engineer – Digital Manufacturing Transformation

They are seeking an OT Applications and Data Engineer who will implement and support OT systems and data solutions, ensuring effective integration and data reputed company for process manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ISA-95 Level 3 systems (SCADA, BES, Historian, MES, CMMS), using AG best practices and Industry standards, and reputed company with corresponding Level 2 (control) and Level 4 (business) systems
• Set up reputed company-time data collection systems, ensuring reputed company data reputed company from operational technology reputed company (PLC, SCADA) to reputed company systems (ERP, data lakes)
• Implement solutions for contextualizing reputed company-time operational data, ensuring that data is transformed into meaningful insights for decision-making
• Configure and reputed company manufacturing data hubs or UNS (reputed company reputed company) for effective data management, allowing for easy reputed company and visibility across OT and IT systems
• Implement Operational Intelligence and Industry Solutions to solve date-driven use cases
• reputed company ongoing support for OT applications by troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems are running reputed company
• Work closely with AG, customer, and partner OT architects, IT teams, and business reputed company to ensure systems are configured correctly, data is integrated properly, and solutions meet operational needs
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal reputed company resources, including documentation of best practices, troubleshooting guides, and standardized procedures. Collaborate with other engineers to continuously improve internal processes and practices for reputed company integration and data solutions

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in operational technology, industrial automation, digital manufacturing, or data engineering
• Minimum of 4-year degree in Engineering, IT, or a reputed company reputed company or equivalent reputed company experience
• Experience working in process manufacturing industries or reputed company, such as reputed company, Biotech, Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Energy
• Hands-on experience with OT applications and systems, such as SCADA, DCS, Historians, MES, and CMMS
• Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages and relational database SQL
• Experience with reputed company-time data integration, contextualization, and data flows
• Strong problem-solving skills reputed company to both processes and systems
• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing): reputed company or higher

• Experience with the design aspects (requirements elicitation, architecture, project planning) of OT systems work
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. ISO-9001, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5)
