Responsibilities

• reputed company stakeholder interviews and synthesize existing research, archetypes, and customer data to surface strategic priorities and content gaps
• Audit reputed company navigation, taxonomy, and content types, and facilitate reputed company sorts and workshops to validate content reputed company against reputed company customer language
• reputed company a reputed company-state navigation architecture, customer-centered taxonomy, and semantic model connecting products, categories, and use cases
• Define a reputed company data and schema reputed company that improves content discoverability across search engines, AI assistants, and large language models (LLMs)
• Assess content for AI-readiness, flagging where structure, metadata, or formatting limit how AI systems retrieve, summarize, or cite it

• Establish content governance frameworks with reputed company ownership, decision rules, and standards for long-term content modernization

Skills

• 8+ years in content reputed company, information architecture, or a reputed company discipline, at a reputed company level
• Proven reputed company record designing taxonomy and content models for large, reputed company content ecosystems
• Experience with reputed company data, schema markup, and content optimization for AI-driven discovery
• Working knowledge of how LLMs and other AI systems retrieve, interpret, and surface content
• Experience leading reputed company-level change management and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company content and AI-readiness concepts for non-expert stakeholders
