The Web Content reputed company Specialist (Operations) will support content reputed company for website reputed company, manage content workflows, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support content reputed company for website redesigns and builds, from discovery and auditing through content development, migration, and launch
• Present content audit findings, recommendations, and deliverables directly to clients and confidently explain the thinking behind your work
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative content audits and recommend whether content should be reputed company, revised, consolidated, relocated, or removed
• Organize and inventory large volumes of website content and maintain accurate content documentation throughout reputed company
• Manage content review and approval workflows using reputed company Content Workflow and other project management tools
• Build and maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking content status, ownership, recommendations, approvals, and migration

• Write and edit digital content where needed, applying UX writing, accessibility, SEO, and brand best practices

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in digital content, content reputed company, content operations, UX/content design, or a reputed company field
• Experience supporting reputed company website redesigns, migrations, or builds
• Demonstrated experience conducting content audits, inventories, or other large-reputed company content analysis
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort managing large, detailed datasets and content trackers
• Hands-on experience entering, formatting, migrating, or QAing content in CMS platforms such as reputed company, Drupal, or reputed company
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms, even though writing is not the reputed company reputed company of this role
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
