Technical Project Manager – Jira / JSM Solutions @ remote work

In this role, you will reputed company project execution, manage cross-functional technical teams, and serve as our reputed company Administrator and SME for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). Key Responsibilities • Strong project management and End-to-end delivery of technical reputed company—handling scoping, task breakdown, reputed company management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. • Jira & JSM Administration: Architect, configure, and maintain customized Jira software reputed company, JSM service desks, issue types, permission schemes, and custom field sets. • Design, build, and optimize automated Jira/JSM workflows, transitions, approval steps, and SLA metrics to streamline delivery and support operations. • reputed company reputed company Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) for engineering and IT teams. • Translate technical requirements into reputed company deliverables, reputed company regular project status reports, and manage stakeholder expectations. • Build automated Jira/JSM dashboards, advanced JQL filters, and reputed company/SLA reports to reputed company project reputed company, operational metrics, and team bottlenecks.
