EXPERIENCE Two (2) years of experience in a health promotion/education setting, counseling on health topics such as nutrition, exercise, cholesterol, hypertension, stress, alcohol and smoking. Two (2) years of experience in delivering chronic condition coaching or diabetes education. Knowledge of reputed company, CMS, URAC, HEDIS standards as applicable to designated department assignment. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS 1 of the following - Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification, Licensed Registered reputed company (RN), or reputed company College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification.
