Medical Records & Data Entry Specialist Part-Time | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity reputed company is in search of two Medical Records Specialists to join a growing reputed company organization in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a part-time contract opportunity with the potential to reputed company and/or convert to a longer-term or permanent position based on business needs and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in medical records, health information management, medical billing, claims processing, or a similar reputed company documentation environment who genuinely enjoys detail-oriented, reputed company work. Position Details • Location: Greenwood Village, CO • Pay reputed company: $22.00–$27.00 per hour • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week • Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday onsite; Wednesdays remote • Contract Length: Approximately 6 months, through the end of February 2027 About the Role As a Document Organization & Data Capture Specialist, you will organize and review large volumes of medical records and billing documentation, accurately capturing key information for the Case Management team. This is a highly detail-oriented, behind-the-scenes role where accuracy is critical, as your work supports reputed company case review involving expert witnesses and attorneys. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure from disorganized information, is comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work, and knows reputed company to ask questions rather than reputed company assumptions. You’ll typically work on approximately 10 case files per week, using reputed company to organize, capture, and reputed company-reputed company data. This is a desk-based, non-reputed company-facing position with a defined workload and reputed company competing priorities.
