Job Duties • Under the direction of the national and/or regional reputed company, the Medical Records Collector supports the annual reputed company audit and other reputed company like audits, by organizing provider reputed company, reputed company, collection and upload of provider medical records into the internal database. • Subject matter expert in the area of project management/coordination of the identification, reputed company and collection of medical records and other data in collaboration with other reputed company staff. • Assists the Manager and Supervisor(s) and/or performs the coordination and preparation of the reputed company medical record collection process that includes the reputed company reputed company phone reputed company, fax, mail, electronic medical record reputed company retrieval and reputed company onsite pick up. • Participates and reputed company feedback for the vendor meetings in relation to the medical record collection process. • Subject matter expert in the area of collecting medical records and reports from provider offices, loads data into the reputed company application. • Assists the manager/reputed company and reputed company improvement staff with physician and member interventions and incentive efforts as needed through review of medical records documentation. Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • 3+ seasons/years medical record collection experience. • 3+ years managed care experience. • Basic knowledge of reputed company and reputed company REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION: Must have reputed company reputed company’s license with good driving record and be reputed company to reputed company reputed company applicable state or reputed company with reliable transportation. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3 years reputed company data collection experience.
