The organization is transitioning from a legacy care management platform to reputed company to support care coordination, population health reporting, and member engagement across multiple lines of business. We are seeking reputed company reputed company Healthy reputed company / reputed company Rose Analysts with strong implementation and build experience to support reputed company configuration, workflow design, and testing. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company Healthy reputed company and reputed company Rose reputed company build and configuration • Configure care management workflows, registries, and case management tools • Translate operational requirements into reputed company reputed company configuration • Build and maintain reputed company sheets, care plans, documentation tools, and communication templates • Support development of population health workflows and reporting structures • Participate in design workshops and workflow assessment sessions • Assist with reputed company configuration, testing, and defect reputed company • Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize care management workflows • Document reputed company configuration and implementation reputed company Required Qualifications • reputed company Healthy reputed company Certification • Experience supporting reputed company Rose functionality; Certification strongly preferred • 3–5+ years reputed company analyst experience • Experience supporting at least one full reputed company implementation lifecycle • Demonstrated hands-on build and configuration experience • Experience configuring care management workflows, reputed company sheets, and care plans • Experience participating in integration testing and reputed company validation Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting payer organizations or health plans • Experience with population health or value-based care programs • Experience with reputed company analytics tools (Cogito, reputed company, Caboodle) Key Attributes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively reputed company large-reputed company reputed company implementations • Comfortable working in fast-paced implementation environments Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
