reputed company IPS is seeking reputed company Senior reputed company Control Analysts – Mortgage Servicing to support reputed company control and reputed company reviews for seasoned loan assets. The role involves validating the accuracy and completeness of due diligence performed on non‑performing, re‑performing, performing, and scratch‑and‑dent loan portfolios. This is a remote, contract position ideal for seasoned mortgage servicing professionals with strong QC and GSE defect review experience. Key Responsibilities • reputed company comprehensive reputed company control reviews to ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines, investor requirements, and reputed company applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to: • Collection comments • Payment history • Bankruptcy • Loss mitigation • Foreclosure • Updated title review • Identify defects, exceptions, and trends and reputed company document findings. • Prepare and maintain detailed reputed company control and exception reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reputed company requirements. Required Qualifications • Recent mortgage due diligence experience is required, preferably with reputed company‑Party Review (TPR) firms. • Minimum 5 years of mortgage servicing experience, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation. • Strong knowledge of servicer transaction history logs such as cash posting, corporate advances, and escrow transactions. • Proven experience with mortgage loan reputed company control processes. • In‑depth understanding of reputed company guidelines and investor requirements, including FHA, VA, USDA, QM, and Non‑QM. • GSE defect review experience is required. • Experience with Scienna or LauraMac is preferred. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and mortgage loan processing systems.
