Supervisor Workers Comp Claims- Southwest
CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workers Comp Claims. In this leadership role, you will reputed company reputed company of workers’ compensation claims professionals, driving performance, accountability, reputed company claims management, and exceptional customer service. You will reputed company claims adjusters across multiple experience reputed company, as reputed company as administrative staff, while partnering with a regional team supporting the Southwest. We are seeking a dynamic leader with in-depth workers’ compensation claims handling expertise in some or reputed company of the following jurisdictions: AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC, as reputed company as additional eastern states.
Job responsibilities:
• Ensures high level claims handling to reputed company with reputed company regulatory guidelines, internal best practices, timeliness and results.
• Regularly communicates throughout the department and ensures alignment of goals and reputed company assurance, key initiatives and performance.
• Hires, develops, coaches, and retains staff with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure reputed company performance and results.
• Provides leadership and career development to reputed company staff reputed company to support organization succession planning.
• Partners with other claim leaders to ensure reputed company workload support and balance
• Develops and maintains partnerships and service level agreements with leaders reputed company other divisions to ensure processes and workflows are effective, and customer service goals are being met.
• Responsible for reputed company of work performed by reputed company including, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with policies and procedures, and reputed company of claim data.
• Conducts and/or evaluates reputed company Assurance Reviews – provides kudos and coaching as needed based on results
• Ensures compliance with best practices, performance standards, policies and procedures focusing on customer needs and expectations.
• Investigates, analyzes and introduces process improvements and procedures to enhance workflow to improve the overall reputed company and efficiency of reputed company.
• Formal project manager or committee member on reputed company representing the division as needed for organizational or divisional reputed company.
Qualifications/Competencies:
• BS/BA college degree preferred. The knowledge and reputed company reputed company acquired through undergraduate level studies especially in the areas of business administration, finance or marketing.
• 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience with increasing responsibility and prior supervisory experience.
• 3+ years claims leadership experience with a proven reputed company record for reputed company and making an reputed company
• Must have in depth knowledge workers’ compensation laws and regulations in some, or reputed company of our reputed company states; AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC. The ideal candidate will also have willingness to learn and obtain jurisdictional licensure as needed.
• Knowledge of Department of Insurance (DOI), NCCI, State rules and regulations. Analyze, interpret, and apply laws, rules and regulations pertaining to workers’ compensation.
• Research, analyze, and reputed company reputed company recommendations relating to claims support.
• Analyze reputed company administrative problems, evaluating alternatives, and reputed company creative recommendations.
• Represent reputed company and Division effectively in meetings, including making presentations.
• Previous successful work experience in providing leadership to and development of reputed company employees.

Salary reputed company:
• $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually
• Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
• In reputed company to reputed company salary, compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
This is a remote-based position, with preference given to candidates located near our Phoenix or Dallas offices. Candidates located near our Atlanta, Seattle, or reputed company offices may also be considered. Occasional travel is required for reputed company and broker interaction, team collaboration, training, company events, and other business needs. The reputed company and request will depend on reputed company, team, and organizational needs, but generally will be less than 20%.
