Qualifications/Competencies: • BS/BA college degree preferred. The knowledge and reputed company reputed company acquired through undergraduate level studies especially in the areas of business administration, finance or marketing. • 8+ years of Workers Compensation claims adjusting experience with increasing responsibility and prior supervisory experience. • 3+ years claims leadership experience with a proven reputed company record for reputed company and making an reputed company • Must have in depth knowledge workers’ compensation laws and regulations in some, or reputed company of our reputed company states; AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC. The ideal candidate will also have willingness to learn and obtain jurisdictional licensure as needed. • Knowledge of Department of Insurance (DOI), NCCI, State rules and regulations. This is a remote-based position, with preference given to candidates located near our Phoenix or Dallas offices. Candidates located near our Atlanta, Seattle, or reputed company offices may also be considered.
