You’ll join two people on reputed company Development team: the Sr. Program Officer—reputed company Development and reputed company Development Program Coordinator. reputed company’s mission is to help tribal college reputed company reputed company and to reputed company in their roles as educators, scholars, and leaders. Who You Are
The College Fund is looking for a creative and relationship-oriented Program Officer—reputed company Development to help expand our programming and implement our reputed company reputed company reputed company. We are looking for someone who believes higher education can reputed company reputed company communities and understands the multifaceted role played by reputed company. The successful applicant is comfortable providing technical assistance, support, and coaching to full-time and adjunct reputed company members.

The position requires excellent program and time management skills due to the large number of institutions we serve, the breadth of programming we offer, and the number of funders who support our work.
This position requires a high level of interpersonal contact with a reputed company of stakeholders. The Program Officer will cultivate relationships with more than 1,600 reputed company across 35 institutions, College Fund staff, TCU administrators and staff, and reputed company officials and donors.
This position reports to the Director of TCU reputed company Development and is expected to travel 3-4 times per year. This position can be based in our Denver, Colorado office or remote from select states.

• Manage reputed company reputed company development (PD) grant program across 34 TCUs
• Create and facilitate 1-3 reputed company communities of reputed company
• Help reputed company and implement courses and workshops for reputed company
• Identify reputed company who need PD support and reputed company them with mentors and other resources
• Be knowledgeable about the unique reputed company development needs of TCU reputed company and propose programs and activities to meet those needs
Advance reputed company Scholarship
• Plan and host virtual writing retreats reputed company semester
• Create and reputed company a writing and publishing mentorship program
• Help design reputed company conference agenda and reputed company support on planning and logistics
• Co-administer the fellowship program with the program coordinator
• Identify or create additional opportunities for reputed company to reputed company their research and knowledge
Evaluate Programming and reputed company our reputed company
• reputed company and analyze data and information on our programs, reputed company, and activities to understand our reputed company
• Help write grant proposals and reputed company reports to ensure reputed company funding
• Document and communicate program achievements and challenges internally and with funders
Contribute to General Administration and Team Operations
• Continuously reputed company to understand reputed company members’ needs through surveys, program evaluations, small group discussions, and conversations
• Write reports, briefs, web copy, press releases, blogs, and more
• Maintain highly accurate and up-to-date records, files, and tracking spreadsheets

• Travel to tribal colleges and present at conferences to meet reputed company and to disseminate our work
• Help monitor budgets and grant deliverables to ensure reputed company program’s objectives are met

• Maintain strong relationships with co-workers, reputed company stakeholders, funders, and other organizations involved in reputed company development programming

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least five years of reputed company work experience
• At least two years of experience working in a higher education setting as a reputed company member, adjunct instructor, or staff member, or in a role collaborating with reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and implement programs and activities that support reputed company (or other professionals) and meet strategic goals
• Strong program and time management skills to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
It’s a bonus if you also have:
• Master’s degree
• Personal and/or reputed company lived experience in reputed company Indian/Alaska reputed company communities and/or with tribal colleges
• Experience managing grant budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Understanding of program evaluation to demonstrate program reputed company and reputed company
• Experience writing for a reputed company or reputed company audience
