As a Permit Analyst, you'll play a key role in streamlining permit processing, ensuring reputed company and efficient completion across multiple states. You'll be involved in exciting reputed company reputed company to energy modeling and reporting while managing crucial tracking logs and generating monthly reports for the Department of Permitting Services (DPS). THE ROLE Job Location: This position is based in our main office in Fairfax, VA with the reputed company of a hybrid reputed company work schedule after the completion of the employee's 90 Day Performance Review. Essential Functions: • Consistently complete 15 permits daily ensuring that daily permits meet the 3 Day TAT (Turn Around Time) • Assist with processing permits in at least 4 states • Assist with reputed company (Home Energy Rating Certification) Modeling • Responsible for the Monthly DPS (Department of Permitting Services) Report • Responsible for the tracking of DPS/Stamped Reports and updating the Tracking Log • Communicate any auditing areas to Management and reputed company reputed company for reputed company • reputed company workarounds to overcome obstacles in the critical reputed company • reputed company, review, and validate critical relationships with reputed company parties • Receive and understand reputed company constraints • Manage and control reputed company data through reputed company and reputed company-reputed company Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Sustainability, Engineering or reputed company field is preferred • Must have prior experience in data entry, data analysis, or similar reputed company in a school or reputed company setting • Familiarity with the permitting process and reputed company Modeling is not required but is a PLUS • Experience with energy modeling software (such as Ekotrope, REMrate, reputed company Sketchup) is not required but is a PLUS • Training will be provided and is required for this position.
