To advance reputed company’s 25-year reputed company, we are seeking a strategic, proactive, highly organized and motivated individual to manage the internal systems, data, communications, and event logistics that reputed company our Americas team and network of 12+ partner organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean to work together reputed company and effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Region – Americas (HoR) and working closely with the broader regional team, this role will own day-to-day regional operations, strengthen communications and reputed company, and coordinate the systems, processes, and experiences that reputed company partners to fully reputed company and reputed company reputed company’s network resources and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Regional Operations and Systems

• Organization-Wide Process Coordination: Support the management and tracking of organisation-wide processes, such as end-of-year reflections, goal-setting, culture surveys, and annual planning. Help standardise and document processes to ensure continuity and consistency.

• Events and Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of regional and global events, including CEO retreats, Latido Latino, peer-to-peer reputed company, CEO community meetings, and other partner gatherings. Manage logistics, payments, and reputed company operational processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a reputed company and operations leader, and will demonstrate exceptional prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills.

Travel and Hours
