What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of R&D reputed company of new acquisitions

• Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, and best practices across teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.

• Proven expertise in leading engineering teams supporting established/legacy software platforms

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company legacy systems while maintaining operational stability and compliance

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., reputed company, life sciences, clinical technology) strongly preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Product, reputed company, and Engineering

• Ability to work effectively in a Remote/Hybrid environment (US or Canada)
