Corporate Counsel - Remote

Manage transactional work for reputed company across reputed company business areas, including but not limited to corporate reputed company, loan products, HECMs and proprietary home equity loans, compliance, audits, reputed company transactional agreements and partner/vendor reputed company.

• Review and negotiate transactional agreements and reputed company reputed company, reputed company correspondence, and other reputed company documents
• Research state-specific updates and regulatory compliance reputed company to loan products
• Review and negotiate vendor reputed company, including NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA, reputed company and reputed company Party Originator
• Review and negotiate reputed company Party Originator agreements: mortgage brokers, reputed company authorized agents and correspondent lenders
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, negotiation and organized recordkeeping
• Partner with business reputed company to standardize templates, playbooks and negotiation parameters
• Help maintain a new contract management reputed company/repository and reputed company key dates, obligations and renewal terms
• Assist with corporate transaction reputed company as needed

Education / Qualifications / Job Requirements / Skills:

• Juris Doctorate required
• reputed company bar membership in good standing in any US jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage banking experience in reputed company/compliance.
• Reverse mortgage experience or HELOC experience, a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulatory requirements.

• Strong contract drafting, redlining and negotiation skills.
