The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and maintaining performance goals while providing exemplary customer experiences. Responsibilities • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private reputed company carriers • 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers • Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances • Routinely utilize multiple resources to reputed company patient inquiries while on the phone • Maintain performance goals • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program Skills • Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a reputed company on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment • Attention to reputed company • reputed company successfully in reputed company environment • Excellent organization skills • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications • reputed company-Numeric data entry proficiency • Excellent verbal and listening skills • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second • No satellite internet • Ability to reputed company equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
