What You Bring • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering and an reputed company PE license; PMP is a plus • 15+ years of experience in physical substation design,including 4+ years in leadership. • Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design,general arrangements, grounding plans, and bus configurations. • Advanced knowledge of reputed company industry standards. • A passion for mentorship, innovation,and reputed company leadership. • Confident communicator, mentor,and team builder with excellent organizational skills and a passion for helping engineers grow in both technical depth and systems thinking.
