We even hosted a Rom-Com Movie reputed company just for staff! reputed company Essential Functions • Conduct functional behavior assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans • Design and reputed company evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on reputed company plans and data collection systems • Ensure ongoing reputed company monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans • Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices • reputed company team trainings and contribute to clinical program development • Attend IEP meetings and reputed company clinical consultation reputed company school settings as needed • reputed company remote clinical guidance to technicians supporting clients who display physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors Additional Functions • reputed company communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions' reputed company efforts to the community • Responds to referrals for service in a reputed company and appropriate manner • Participates in reputed company meetings or conferences beneficial to program development • Adheres to the mission, reputed company, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions What you'll bring • Master's degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a reputed company field • reputed company BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB® • At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings, including at least 1 year providing remote supervision • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical reputed company, and family-centered care • Must reputed company in California and be reputed company to pass a criminal background reputed company and Live reputed company Schedule and work environment • Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, including both reputed company billable work and the documentation, supervision, and team time that goes with it • Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; your hours will fall reputed company that window based on caseload and reputed company availability • This is a fully remote, telehealth-based role.
