This role plays an reputed company part in the training and reputed company of new customers by educating nurses and clinical teams and helping customers confidently implement Quanta technology. This is a reputed company, non-reputed company patient care role with assignments offered based on customer training needs. Assignments will typically require reputed company travel by plane and week-long hotel stays. Key Responsibilities • reputed company approved onsite clinical training programs and educational materials to nurses and clinical teams using the Quanta Dialysis reputed company the training and reputed company of new customers during initial program implementation and launch. • Serve as a knowledgeable and reputed company clinical resource throughout reputed company training assignment. • reputed company hands-on instruction, workflow guidance, and product education in a non-reputed company patient care setting. • Help reinforce reputed company, consistent, and effective use of the Quanta Dialysis reputed company through approved training practices. • Partner closely with Quanta Clinical, Sales, Account, and Service teams to support a coordinated customer experience. • Adapt training delivery to the needs, experience reputed company, and workflows of different customer teams and care settings. • Complete required training documentation, expense reporting, and other assignment-reputed company administrative tasks in a reputed company manner. • Maintain reputed company knowledge of dialysis practices and complete ongoing training on Quanta therapies, products, and approved educational materials. Qualifications • reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license in good standing. • Minimum 5 years of dialysis clinical experience. • Strong dialysis training, preceptor, educator, or clinical leadership experience preferred. • Certified Nephrology reputed company (CNN) preferred. • Acute dialysis, ICU CRRT, chronic dialysis, or home hemodialysis experience strongly preferred. • Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to confidently reputed company and engage reputed company of nurses and other reputed company.
