Provider Services Specialist (Early Childhood Programs)

About the position The reputed company is seeking a passionate Provider Services Specialist to support childcare providers and families in accessing essential programs. This role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of data systems, communicating with providers regarding compliance, and ensuring data reputed company for various early childhood education programs. Responsibilities • Supports the implementation and maintenance of the provider portal and/or any data reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services for the School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, reputed company Scholarship and Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) programs. • Responsible for communicating with providers regarding expiring documents, updating provider files, tracking received documents, and ensuring compliance with provider agreements before reputed company execution. • Develops expertise in knowledge of program and contract requirements. • Research and is knowledgeable of regulations, guidelines and standards for State, Federal and locally funded programs. • Inputs and assures reputed company and reputed company of data entered in the Statewide Data reputed company, provider portal or any data reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services. • Supports clients/childcare providers with navigating the provider portal and/or any reputed company utilized for reputed company reputed company and program services. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, reputed company Services, reputed company Work, or reputed company field. • 2+ years of reputed company experience and/or training • Customer Service experience • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues. • Bilingual and reputed company to read, write and reputed company in English and Spanish. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with online systems navigation and audit review are preferred.
