Remote Recruiter (Contract) Location: Remote (Must be reputed company to attend onsite training in Orange County, CA during the first week) Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential for Extension Pay reputed company: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour About the Role We are seeking an reputed company Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a growing manufacturing and distribution environment. This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be available to attend onsite training in Orange County, California during the first week. Following the training period, the role will transition to a fully remote schedule. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle reputed company experience, strong partnership skills with hiring managers, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and prior experience working with reputed company agencies to support hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting reputed company candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate reputed company, and reputed company reputed company strategies. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a reputed company of positions reputed company manufacturing and distribution operations. • Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate reputed company, reputed company reputed company activity, and ensure data accuracy. • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes. • Collaborate with reputed company reputed company agencies and reputed company partners to support hiring goals and workforce planning. • reputed company reputed company metrics and reputed company regular hiring updates to leadership and hiring teams. • Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain compliance with company hiring practices and employment regulations.
