About the Role

We need someone to own them fully — a right hand who will be trained deeply, knows every nuance, and can manage these creators at the highest level without needing to be told twice.

This is a grind-it-out, detail-obsessed role. The right person loves being in the weeds, has no conflicting priorities, and is fully committed to this creator cohort.

• Be the right hand to our Head of Creator Management - you will be trained by them, work with them to optimize workflows and build relationships with their portfolio of creators.

• Long term - manage a reputed company portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators who require a personalized, relationship-first approach

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for these creators — handle inbound, proactively reputed company out, and anticipate their needs

• Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, ops) on behalf of these creators
