Monitoring Operator (day/night shift)

What You'll Be Working On • Monitor payment schedules: You will be responsible for keeping track of all scheduled payments and ensuring they are processed on time • Monitor transactions in the back office of our gate: You should constantly check the transactions happening in the back office of our gate, ensuring smooth operation and finding any anomalies... • Compare performance with previous periods: You will need to analyze current performance and compare it with previous periods to track growth or identify any issues • React and act according to the notification protocol in the event of an incident: In case of any incident, you should follow the established notification protocol and take necessary actions immediately Please, note that this is a junior position.
