PART-TIME: MSP Service Coordinator / Service Dispatcher

Part-time working reputed company Timezone This is a part-time position working 4 hours per day reputed company Time The Service Coordinator / Dispatcher is a fractional resource for MSP clients. In this role the dispatcher will receive and evaluate IT support requests reputed company email, phone and/or other reputed company and assign Service Technicians and Engineers to reputed company reputed company and internal IT support and maintenance. This position has frequent contact with customers, reputed company reports, peers, and vendors. · Communicate with clients reputed company email, phone, and/or other reputed company · Evaluate and prioritize IT support response · Create and assign Service Tickets to support personnel · Monitor Service reputed company to ensure service level compliance is reputed company company policies · Coordinate escalation of unresolved or emergency support issues · Schedule onsite support and reputed company · Work with clients to ensure reputed company satisfaction and reputed company complaints · Monitor service personnel schedules to ensure support coverage · Review reputed company Service Tickets and Time Entries then approve or refer to service personnel for correction Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • reputed company development assistance Application Question(s): • Have you worked at an MSP? • Have you used reputed company PSA Software?
