Their role involves matching clients' program needs with suitable hotels or resorts, managing the entire booking process from start to finish, and negotiating favorable rates and concessions. Associates are independent contractors and are compensated through commission, not a salary. The Global Account Manager will be responsible for identifying their own personal business opportunities. This role involves maintaining relationships with venues and ensuring reputed company satisfaction.
